Highland cow's
They are famous for their long coats which help them keep warm in the cold but phenomenal winter's. The highland cow also known as the hairy cow have such patience and skill that they can often be found grazing on arduous, colossal Scottish highlands. They are mammals which means they don't lay eggs and they can give milk to their babies and they are herbivores which means they don't eat meat. They like to eat low growing tree's and shrubs also they tend to nibble on a flower or two!

The deep fried Mars bar
It is said to have been created in 1995 in the Haven Chip Bar (now the Carron) in Stonehaven which is near Aberdeen on Scotland's north east coast.Out of 300 fish and chip shops that had been surveyed in 2004, 22% were selling the Mars bars while 17% had sold them in the past. In the year 2000, chef Ross Kendall added deep fried Mars bars to the menu of Le Chipper, which is a restaurant in Paris. Other delicacies where then deep fried for example; Cream eggs, snickers, Oreo's, Bounty's and even ice cream!
